Create Account
In order to buy the connection to a listing, you must first create an account.
Search
Browse through the listings on Leaseway to find your potential new home. Feel free to message the Vendor (Current Tenant) to ask more about the listing you’re interested in. If it seems like the right one for you, Buy!
Buying the Connection
Once you find the lease you want, buy the connection! You do so by simply pressing “Buy Now” on the page of the listing and fill out your billing info and place your order.
Connecting
Once you buy, the vendor has 24 hours to message you to connect you with the property manager. Then you must work with them on performing the lease takeover.
Manually Complete
Once the Interested party signs the documents for the lease and moves in to the unit, they must go to their: Dashboard > Placed Orders > Actions > and manually press Complete. This will allow Leaseway to know that that connection worked and you will have that lease. (Only complete once you moved into the space to insure competition. Or if a resident office has confirmed the housing switch)
